The first service academy basketball matchup of the season. Will this be a close one? Should we throw all the variables out the window like Fisher DeBerry does for service academy football?

The first service academy basketball game of the season takes Air Force and their 1-0 record to Annapolis Maryland where they will take on the Navy team which brings it's 0-2 start to the court. In it's initial game Air Force handled Arkansas Pine-Bluff, a not so prolific team but a division one team none the less.  Air Force played mostly freshmen for a great deal of the 2nd half of that game, still maintaining control.  Navy lost  their first game of the season, 73-40, to South Carolina in Columbia on Nov. 21.  They then lost to Belmont, 88-71, at home on Nov. 24.

The game is not on TV but locally can be hear on the Falcons flagship station, 740 KVOR.
